In transactions such as mergers or sales, Personal Information may be shared under confidentiality and transferred as part of the deal. We may also disclose Personal Information when legally required, to cooperate with law enforcement, protect our rights, or protect users/public.
7. De-identified, Anonymized, Or Aggregate Data
We may use Personal Information to create de-identified/aggregate data that cannot reasonably identify you. We will not attempt to re-identify such data except as permitted by law.
8. Targeted Advertising And Remarketing
You may encounter advertisements for our products or services on other websites and mobile applications. This occurs because we collaborate with third-party advertising partners to conduct remarketing and retargeting campaigns. These partnerships allow us to deliver content and advertisements that are more relevant to your interests, based on factors such as your browsing behavior, demographics, and contextual preferences.
Our advertising partners may collect certain information about your online activity over time and across different websites and mobile applications through automated technologies such as cookies, pixels, web server logs, and web beacons. This data may include details about the pages or advertisements you view, the actions you take, and your visits to participating sites or apps. The information gathered helps these partners display ads that are tailored to your individual interests and also allows us to measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
9. Other Websites
Our Website may contain links to or references from third-party websites, or you may access our Website through links appearing on external platforms. Such links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by Claude Préval of those third-party websites or their content, products, or services.
These websites operate independently from us, and we have no control over or responsibility for their information, activities, or privacy practices. If you choose to access or provide Personal Information to any third-party website, you do so at your own risk, and the collection and use of your information will be governed by that website’s privacy policy - not this one.
