All products offered on the Website are intended solely for final customers and not for resale. To preserve the exclusivity, quality, and integrity of our products, Claude Préval reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer, per household, or per delivery address.
All prices on the Website are quoted and payable in U.S. dollars (USD) or euros (EUR). Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment processed. If your credit card has already been charged or payment received, and the order is canceled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
All promotions, discounts, and offers are subject to change or termination without notice. The final price for your order will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Price adjustments will apply only to orders placed after such changes take effect.
Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges. These charges will be added to your order total and itemized in both your shopping cart and confirmation email. While we strive for accuracy, inadvertent errors or omissions may occur; we reserve the right to correct such errors at any time and to cancel any orders arising therefrom.
6. Sales And Shipping
Claude Préval will arrange for shipment of products using carriers selected at our discretion. Unless otherwise specified in your order confirmation, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Claude Préval shall not be liable for delays in delivery or any damages resulting from shipping issues beyond our control.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable import, customs, and regulatory laws in your destination country. For international orders, you will be considered the importer of record and agree to use the products solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You authorize Claude Préval, or its designated carrier or customs broker, to act as your agent for customs clearance and to remit any applicable duties, taxes, or fees on your behalf.
For products imported into the United States, placement of an order constitutes your electronic authorization of the following statement:
“The designated carrier/customs broker is hereby authorized to execute, as an unpaid agent who has knowledge of the facts, pursuant to the provisions of section 485(f), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, the consignee’s and owner’s declarations provided for in section 485 (a) and (d), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and to enter on my behalf or for my account the goods described in the attached invoice which contains a true and complete statement of the facts concerning the shipment.”
All taxes, import duties, and fees associated with your order are your responsibility. Your authorization permits our carrier or customs broker to act as your representative before customs and tax authorities to facilitate clearance and payment.
In the case of multiple-item orders, we will make reasonable efforts to ship all items together. If certain items are unavailable at the time of shipment, they will be shipped separately as they become available, and you will only be charged for items included in each shipment. Shipping charges will apply as stated in your order confirmation and will not be duplicated.
While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly, product availability may vary. If any items are out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. Shipping and delivery times are estimates only, and Claude Préval cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We recommend placing your orders in advance to avoid delays caused by product unavailability or carrier limitations.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or certain restricted countries or regions. Orders placed for such destinations will be automatically canceled. The delivery address must correspond to the country website through which your order is placed. Orders placed from a different country site will be canceled automatically.

7. Returns
Except for items designated as Final Sale or Non-Returnable, we accept returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided that products are in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, less any applicable shipping and handling fees.

For regions not listed above, customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs, in accordance with our Customer Care instructions.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return for processing. Returned items that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
