Shipping
We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping via DHL, FedEx on all orders. Your package will be shipped within 3 working days of its readiness.
Order purchases will be shipped once item is ready at our atelier. After production, you will then be notified by email that your order is ready for shipment.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. For registered customers, visit the My Orders page to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, DHL, FedEx will leave a re-delivery slip.
The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. We regret that we cannot guarantee the shipping times as stated above, as delivery time will vary based on carrier and location.
Orders placed on claudepreval.com may ship from one or more of our warehouses, subject to item availability. Accordingly, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
Our warehouses are located in Europe. Your order is shipped from the nearest location for timely delivery, and in order to provide the best service.
Please note that for international shipments DHL and FedEx may require additional identification information for customs clearance. This is based on the total order value and is beyond our control. You may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. If you are contacted in such a manner it does not mean that you have been subscribed or enrolled in any messaging service, nor that you will be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, without the requested information, the carrier will be unable to deliver your order and it will be returned to our warehouse.
We offer complimentary standard shipping worldwide at checkout, and there will be no extra costs upon delivery.
Alaska and Hawaii: Please note that the domestic shipping and delivery times described above are applicable to the continental U.S. only. Please anticipate an additional 2-5 business days for your order to arrive due to carrier restrictions in your region.
International Orders
For international orders shipped to the U.S., UK, or countries within the EU that incur customs fees, duties, or taxes, Claude Préval will assume responsibility for these additional costs. For international orders shipped to countries other than those stated above, customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the recipient and will be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout.
International orders may require the customer to provide additional information to the carrier in order to ensure delivery. For this reason, you may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. If you are contacted in such a manner it does not mean that you have been subscribed or enrolled in any messaging service, nor that you will be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. The carrier will be unable to deliver your parcel without the additional details requested, and if you do not provide this information your parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. Orders made to addresses in these areas will be canceled.
Returns
You may return any non-final-sale product ordered on the claudepreval.com website for refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return.
To return a product, contact Customer Service at onlinecustomercare@claudepreval.com. Our Customer Care team will provide additional instructions in the Return Authorization (RA) email to help you complete your return.
Claude Préval takes full responsibility for the return label and associated shipping costs for orders returning from the following regions: United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Norway, UAE, Qatar, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam.
Please note that for regions not included in the above list, it is the customer’s full responsibility to arrange the return of their unwanted item(s), upon receiving their RA and return instructions from Claude Préval Customer Care.

Refunds
Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you, and your return request will be denied. Once your return has been approved and processed you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment, and a Refund Confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method:
Credit Card: All major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB. Your card will be debited when the order is placed.
PayPal: Simplify your checkout process using PayPal's digital wallet.
Apple Pay: Use Apple Pay to easily and securely check out in iOS apps and on the web.
ShopPay: Shopify's accelerated checkout method allows you to pay in full or split your purchase into regular payments.
If you have received a Refund Confirmation email but have not been refunded please contact your bank. If your bank is unable to locate your refund, please contact Customer Care.

Exchanges
At this time, claudepreval.com purchases cannot be exchanged through claudepreval.com. claudepreval.com orders can instead be returned (to the original form of payment) per the Terms of Use policy.
